What is the i-Tango?
The i-Tango is a compact, four-wheeled electric vehicle designed specifically for safety, comfort, and ease of use. It comes in two models: one that can be driven without a license and one that requires one. Both versions, however, require a license plate and are therefore officially registered. With a maximum range of up to 100 kilometers per charge, the i-Tango is perfect for everyday errands, meeting friends, or simply a short drive.
The model that doesn't require a driver's license is limited to a speed of 20 km/h, while the version requiring a license can reach speeds of up to 45 km/h. Furthermore, a new law will come into effect on July 31, 2025, allowing i-Tangos and e-scooters to be driven at speeds of up to 28 km/h without a driver's license.
