Return policy

For returns, we require that the defective part or device be sent or delivered to Esomoto AG for repair, along with a complete and detailed description of the fault/defect and a copy of the invoice with which the device was delivered. Returns of products by the customer require the prior consent of Esomoto AG and are at the customer's expense and risk. Special orders procured at the customer's request are excluded from returns. The replacement of parts, assemblies, or entire devices does not extend the warranty period. The warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the damaged items.
